The petition is directed against an order of the School Tribunal passed on 18/04/2013. The School Tribunal has directed that the respondent no.1 be reinstated without back wages. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 informs that the order is complied on 02/01/2021 by granting reinstatement. However, post reinstatement the salary of the respondent no. 1 is not paid and as such interim application is taken out by the respondent no. 1.

Be that as it may, prayer is made by learned counsel for akn 1/2

As far as, the claim of the respondent No.1 for grant of the salary for a period from 02/01/2021 is concerned, the Education OfÏcer is directed to look into the same and communicate its decision on the said issue in any case within six weeks. 5.

Learned Counsel for the respondent no. 1 assures that respondent no. 1 shall appear before the Education OfÏcer with all the required documents on 29/08/2022.

In view of the above, the Interim Application is not pressed and as such disposed of.
