The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.483/2021 registered with Oshivara Police Station, on 02/06/2021 under sections 498(A), 406, 417, 420, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant as well as learned APP make a joint statement that the Applicant' s application for anticipatory bail is pending before the Sessions Court and next date is 16/07/2021, when it is expected that arguments would be heard.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is not protected by an interim order. Police are behind him for arresting him. He submitted that the Applicant be protected, so that anticipatory bail application pending before the Sessions Court does not become infructous.

Considering that the next date in the Sessions Court is 16/07/2021, no damage will be done to either of the parties, if the Applicant is protected by an interim order till 16/07/2021. Therefore to that extent I am inclined to protect the Applicant. It is made clear that I have not heard parties on merits of the matter.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.483/2021 registered with Oshivara Police Station, till 16/07/2021, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing

3 / 3 PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) This order shall operate till 16/07/2021. (iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
