Learned APP on instructions from I/c. Police Inspector, Crime Detention Branch, Unit-2, Mumbai submitted that, in the present case i.e. Sessions Case No.131 of 2017, the prosecution as of today has already examined 13 witnesses and the evidence of 16 witnesses is yet to be recorded.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
