On 18th March 2023, there was submission made that the Applicant has expired. In the meantime this fact is confirmed by learned Advocate for the Applicant and she has received instructions to withdraw this Application. Hence Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Liberty is sought on behalf of the Applicant to file Application on behalf of the LRs of the deceased-Applicant for withdrawal of amount already deposited. My attention is invited to the order dated 13th August 2019, thereby directing the Applicant to deposit certain 1/2

Learned APP submitted that amount cannot be given back. 4.

Today, we are only granting liberty to the LRs to file Application. The merits can be considered when that Application is heard for withdrawal of the amount. There is also appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 in Anticipatory Bail Application. If such Application is filed, Respondent No.2 or learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 may be served. Liberty granted to move such application.
