Learned APP on instructions from Mr. G. S. Musale, Police Sub Inspector attached to Manpada Police Station, Dombivli submitted that, in Sessions Case No.57 of 2016, wherein the Petitioner is an accused, the prosecution as of today has examined 8 witnesses and the said case is now scheduled for argument on 1st December, 2022. 2.
