After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application at this stage, as the investigation is still in progress, learned Counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application at this stage. She submitted that liberty be granted to the applicant to approach the trial court for her release on bail after the charge-sheet is filed. 2.
