Heard. This is an application through jail seeking bail in Crime No. 254 of 2012 registered at M.H.B. Colony Police Station for offence punishable under Section 302, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant had filed Criminal Bail Application No. 4 of 2015 in this Court. On 3rd February, 2015, this Court (Coram : P.D. Kode, J(retired)) had granted liberty to the applicant to withdraw the application with further liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over by October, 2015. 12.ba1107.15.sxw has not yet expired. However, the applicant has filed this application through jail. In view of this, the application deserves to be dismissed. Hence, the application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly. The learned advocate so appointed as put in best of his efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. The professional fees is quantified at Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the learned advocate so appointed within 3 months from today.
