Learned APP points out that on 12/7/2019 as per 1992 guidelines, petitioner has been classified into 28 years category. She submits that as of now he has completed about 20 years in the prison.

Learned counsel (appointed) states that the order dated 12.7.2019 may not have been communicated to the prisoner. 3.

We find that the proceedings have been initiated on the strength of letter dated 27.3.2019 sent by the Prisoner. nilegaonkar 1/2

In this situation, we direct the respondent state to see that the copy of the order dated 12/7/2019 is served upon the prisoner in jail within three weeks. Keeping all contentions of the prisoner in relation to the said order and categorization open, with these directions, we dispose of the present petition. 5.

This order be sent to the prisoner in jail.
