DATED : 18th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- By order dated 17/6/2022, the applicant was admitted to interim protection in the wake of the accusations faced by him in the complaint lodged in respect of the transaction Tilak

2/2 6 ABA 1551-22.doc which is alleged to have taken place in the year 2014. Recording prima facie case in favour of the applicant, it was recorded that the complainant has filed the complaint after execution of an agreement which was registered and despite remedies available to him, he did not take any steps till the year 2022, when he alleged forgery.

The learned APP fairly state that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer as directed by this Court and has rendered his assistance in the investigation. On instructions of the Investigating Officer, Mr.Sabale, who is present in the Court, she state that his custody is not required for continuing the investigation. He shall continue to report to the police station as and when called. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the order dated 17/6/2022 is made absolute.

In view of the disposal of ABA, IA 2512/2022 do not survive and is disposed off.
