In addition to the offence i.e. Crime No.243 of 2022 registered with Shikrapur Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, complainant has also approached the Assistant Registrar under the provisions of Prevention of Money Lending Act.

The proceedings under the said Act are already closed. 3.

The allegation in the FIR is, the gold jewellery which was mortgaged in 2003 is not returned. The fact remains that the claim is not only time barred but the necessary ingredients even cannot be inferred from the allegation.

That being so, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 5.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

7.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

8.

The application as such stands disposed of.
