Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

The applicant has filed this application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant who had expired on 28th April, 2016. There is delay of 314 days in filing the present application.

The reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, in my pps
44 caa-st-15298-17.doc considered view, constitute sufficient grounds to condone the delay. Hence, the delay in filing the application is condoned and the legal representatives of the deceased appellant are allowed to be brought on record.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
