Learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that dispute between the parties is settled by them before the Trial Court, namely, the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Peth-Vadgaon, District Kolhapur. Learned Counsel submits a settlement pursis between the parties which is filed at Exhibit 210 before the Trial Court and the final settlement order passed by the Trial Court in terms of the pursis. The pursis and the settlement order are taken on record marked 'X' and 'X-1', respectively, for identification.
