It appears that the trial of the applicants has commenced and that 21 witnesses have been examined till date and a few more witnesses

2/2 27-ba.1253.1390&2439.2018.doc are left to be examined. The applicants are languishing in jail since 2016. 2.

Since the trial of the applicants has already commenced and 21 witnesses are examined till date, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the case of the applicants and to conclude the same, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order. Order accordingly.

Considering the aforesaid, in particular since 21 witnesses have been examined till date, the aforesaid applications are not considered on merits.
