This is an application for speedy disposal of Sessions Case No.76/2012 pending on the file of District & Sessions Court, Pandharpur. The report received from Additional Sessions Judge indicates that charge has been framed and trial has already commenced. Four witnesses have been examined and 5th witness is under cross examination.

Considering the fact that the trial has already commenced, I do not find it necessary to give any specific direction to the Additional Sessions Judge to dispose of the matter within the time frame. Nonetheless, the Learned Additional Sessions Judge is expected to make endeavour to
