This is an application received through jail for expeditious hearing of Sessions Case No.133 of 2012 pending before Sessions Court, Dindoshi.

The learned APP has submitted that the trial of the case has already commenced and that three witnesses have already been examined. The learned APP further submitted that there are total five accused and 23 witnesses are yet to be examined. 3.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is in custody since Megha 1/2

21_appln_338_2015 2012, the learned Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
