This is an application for speedy disposal of Sessions Case No.94/2011 pending on the file of Sessions Court, Baramati. The report received from the learned Additional Sessions Judge reveals that trial has already commenced and that despite all efforts to dispose of the case expeditiously, the applicant/accused and the advocate engaged are not cooperating. The report indicates that the case has been delayed by the applicant/accused.

In the light of the aforesaid circumstances, I do not find it necessary to give further directions to dispose of the Sessions Case within a time frame. Nonetheless, the Learned Sessions Judge to take efforts to dispose of the Sessions Cases as expeditiously as possible.
