By the impugned order, respondent No.1 refused letter of approval to petitioner No.2 to start diploma course in pharmacy on various grounds including the ground that the building construction work is still in progress and walls, flooring, window fittings, toilets, classroom, approach road is in primitive condition. It is also informed to the petitioners by respondent No.1 that they are eligible to apply next academic year after removing the deficiencies. We do not find any error in the impugned order. The petition is devoid on any merits and stands dismissed accordingly.
