1] This is an application for return of passport which was surrendered by the applicant to the concerned Investigating Officer in furtherance of Order dated 7th July 2017 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1368 of 2017.

2] The record indicates that, the applicant has now been acquitted from charges levelled against him in CR No.224 of 2009 registered with Versova Police Station, Mumbai by Judgment and Order dated 28th March 2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.593 of 2009.
