Learned Advocate for applicant submits that they already filed the affidavit of service stating that all respondents are duly served. Statement is accepted.

By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in writ petition no.2038/21.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for applicant and averments in application, we satisfy that applicant has made out the case for allowing this application. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

a) Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

(b)The petitioner be allowed to make amendments as mentioned in Exhibit D to the cause title, pleadings, grounds and reliefs sought.

b) Amendment to be carried out on or before 18.09.2021. c) If amendment is carried out within time, applicant is directed to serve the amended copy of petition on respondents as well as added respondents on or before 23.09.2021 and file the affidavit of service to that effect. d) If affidavit of service is filed, liberty is granted to the respondents to file reply on or before 21.09.2021. e) Liberty is granted to file rejoinder, on or before 1.10.2021 with copy to other side..

Matter to appear on board on 05.10.2021.
