Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 has presented additional affidavit in reply. He submitted that by an order dated 11th August,2017, the respondents have rejected an application of the petitioner no.1 Mr.Swapnil Murlidhar Pednekar whereas the application filed by the petitioner no.2 Mr.Ajay S.Diwate has been allowed, who has been appointed on compassionate ground by an order dated 4th May,2017. In this view, the counsel appearing for the petitioners Mr.A.S.Rao submits that the petition be disposed off as regards the petitioner no.2 whereas leave be granted to file a fresh petition challenging the decision taken by the respondents rejecting the claim of the petitioner no.1.

ORDER

The petition stands disposed off by granting liberty to the petitioner no.1 to file a fresh petition, challenging rejection of his application.
