The Appellant herein has challenged the order dated 02/05/1996 whereby the II nd Additional District Judge, Nashik has dismissed the Application for custody of minor children.

The records indicate that in the year 1995, the children were aged 5 years and 10 years respectively. During the pendency of this Appeal, the children have attained the age of majority.
