P.C. :- 1] In this case, Mr. C.N. Chavan, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent will have no objection, if the petitioners withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is directed by the Appellate Court to be deposited as and by way of compensation. Accordingly, the order dated 6 February 2014 is modified and the petitioners herein, i.e., the respondents in the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 218 of 2013 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.25,000/- per month directed to be deposited by the order dated 6 February 2014. The Appeal Court to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw such amount, subject to the petitioners' filing before the Appeal Court an Undertaking that the said amount or any portion thereof shall be abide by the final orders that may be made in the appeal.

DSS 924-5912-14 2] The learned counsel for the respondent states that the aforesaid statement is made on the basis of instructions from the respondent-wife, who is present in the Court and is duly authorised to make such statement.

3] The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
