DATE: NOVEMBER 30, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 7 of 2021 registered with Kandivali Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 307, 324, 506(2), 143, 145, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000.
2] Perused the chargesheet. Injuries suffered by the Applicant are simple in nature. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. Other similarly situated accused are already ordered to be released on bail.
3] In the result, Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. 7 of 2021 registered with Kandivali Police Station for the offence 1/2
37 BA-2327-21.doc punishable under Sections 365, 307, 324, 506(2), 143, 145, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station till conclusion of the trial. The Applicant shall furnish details of his residence after he is released on bail to the Investigating Officer. The Applicant shall attend Trial Court regularly on the date of hearing of the case unless exempted by the Court for some reason.
