Both these Applications are for condonation of delay caused in filing Criminal Appeal (st.) 615 of 2015. Looking to the reasons stated in both the Applications, we are of the opinion that though there is some delay, in the interest of justice, the delay deserves to be condoned. Delay is accordingly condoned. Both the Applications are allowed in aforesaid terms.
