The applicant has set out the reasons for remaining absent before this Court on 23rd April, 2019. The reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted. The order dated 23rd April, 2019 passed by this Court is recalled. Second Appeal No.665 of 2015 with Civil Application (Stamp) No.1288 of 2015 are restored to file. If any adinterim relief was in force on the date of passing the said order dated 23rd April, 2019, the same is also restored to file. There shall be no order as to costs.
