No. 950 of 2021 dated 17th July 2021 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai, under Section 292(2),(a) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 14 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 67-B of Information Technology Act, 2000, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.
