By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the circular/office order dated 6th June, 2022, issued by the respondent no.1 i.e. the office of the Police Commissioner, Greater Mumbai.

rpa 2/2 19-criwp-2020-22 Learned APP has tendered the said circular/office order dated 12th July, 2022. A copy of the said circular/office order is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed a private complaint before the learned Special Court, Mumbai. He request that a direction be given to the learned Special Judge to pass appropriate orders on the said complaint, expeditiously. Accordingly we request the learned Special Judge to decide the petitioner's complaint, expeditiously.

Needless to state that we have not expressed any view on the merits of the said complaint, and, as such, it is open for the learned Judge to pass appropriate orders on its own merits, in accordance with law. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
