This is an application through jail seeking enlargement on bail in C.R. No. 502 of 2014. The learned APP upon instructions submits that the trial has commenced in Sessions Case No. 502 of 2014. Five witnesses are examined. Hence, it would not be appropriate to consider the application for enlargement on bail under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application accordingly stands dismissed and disposed of.
