By the present Application, the Applicant seeks ad interim relief of stay of order dated 14th February, 2023 passed by the Respondent No.3Assistant Commissioner- Zone 4, Food and Drug Administration. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant has pointed out the decision of the Coordinate Bench of this Court wherein ad interim protection Shubham Muley

2 23-WP-6396-2023.doc had been granted in identical case until the order in the Appeal is made available to the Applicant.

We are bound by the said order of the Coordinate Bench. Hence, implementation of the order dated 14th February, 2023 is stayed until the order in the Appeal is made available to the Applicant. In event the order of the Appellate Authority is adverse, the same not to be given effect to and the stay would continue for a further period of two weeks thereafter. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Place the Petition on 12th June, 2023.
