As it is submitted that as per the order passed by this Court on 10th December 2014, the applicant-Insurance Company has deposited the compensation amount, as awarded by the Trial Court, in the office of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, 4th Labour Court, Thane, in Application (WC) No.233/B-60/2013, in view thereof, the adinterim relief of stay to the execution and implementation of the Award granted earlier is made absolute till the disposal of the First Appeal. 3.
