We are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the Petitioner's caste claim is pending with Respondent No.1 since 2009 and that pendency is affecting his future promotions and/or other entitlements. Therefore, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to direct Respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner as early as possible and preferably within six months. 1/2
