Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, we deem it convenient to direct Respondent No.2, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nashik, to decide the proposal dated 7th October, 2013 of the Respondent No.3- Head Master, Rachna Vidyalaya (Secondary) regarding the approval to the Petitioner's appointment as full time Assistant Teacher in Respondent No.3-School, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
