P.C.:- This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.93 of 2018 registered at Narayangaon Police Station, Junnar, District-Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Sections 342, 366, 370 and 373 r/w. 34 of the IPC.

Heard Ms Racheeta Dhuru, the learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms Pallavi N. Dabholkar, the learned APP for the Respondent-State. Perused the records and considered the submissions of the learned counsels for the respective parties. 1/3

The records reveal that by order dated 5th June, 2018, the Applicant was granted interim bail and he was directed to report to Narayangaon Police Station on every alternate days from 8th June till 21st June, 2018.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has already complied with condition No.2 of order dated 5th June, 2018. The learned APP also submits that charge sheet has already been filed.

In the light of above, presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation. Hence, the following order:- (i) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (ii) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.93 of 2018 registered at Narayangaon Police Station, Junnar, District-Pune, the Applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Khed-Rajgurunagar (iii) The Applicant shall furnish his permanent as well as 2/3

temporary address, if any, and his contact details to the concerned Investigation Officer.

(iv) The Applicant shall not change his residential address without prior intimation to the Investigation Officer. (v) The Applicant shall not interfere with the victim or witnesses in any manner.
