A motion is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition as concerned Tahsildar is seized of the matter pursuant to the order of remand passed by the Collector. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to clarify that Tahsildar is required to decide the claim before it, after hearing of the parties concerned, without being influenced by the findings recorded in the order of remand.
