Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause and add a ground in the Application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, does not press prayer clause (a). He requests that time to deposit the amount may be extended by a period of six weeks. He submits
APPR 322-16.doc that the Applicant will deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on 28.06.2016 in the Registry of this Court and the balance amount of Rs.9,75,000/- within six weeks. The said statement is accepted.
