Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the Investigating Officer in C.R.No. 67 of 2015 registered with Charkop Police Station, Kandivali to make further investigation.

Mr.Saste, having taken instructions from the Officer concerned, makes a statement that investigation has been completed in the said crime and the charge-sheet is filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court at Boriwali. Statement is accepted.
