1) By an order dated 23.8.2016 the applicant was granted interim relief. The reasons for granting interim relief have been elaborately mentioned in the said order. It is the contention of the learned APP on instructions that though the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer on stipulated dates, she did not give information for the recovery of the alleged amount of Rs.65,000/- . It is to be noted here that in order dated 23.8.2016 it is specifically observed that the entire amount in the present crime has been received by the co-accused Afaq Shaikh. In view of the above, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The interim relief granted any an order dated 23.8.2016 is hereby confirmed.
