The Collector has fixed the hearing on 19.07.2021. The concerned parties and/or their Advocates shall remain present before the Collector and make their submissions with regard to the show cause notice issued by the Collector. The Collector shall hear all the concerned parties and after considering their oral / written statements/submissions pass his orders strictly on merits and without being influenced by this order. In the event, the Collector passing an order against the Petitioner, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of three weeks from the date of service of his order on the Petitioners and their Advocates.
