These are applications for modification of the order dated 2nd September 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. It is submitted that in the other group of matters, the Division Bench of this Court had given directions to the State Government to take steps under section 16(2)(a) of the Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act, 1986. It is submitted that such directions could not be given unless the procedure which is contemplated under section 16(1) of the Act is followed. We have perused the order

passed by us. We have not given any such direction in this group of matters. We have never referred to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants which is referred in the order. That being the case, the question of modification of the order passed by this Court does not arise. Hence, these applications are rejected and diposed of. (B.P. COLABAWALLA, J.) (V.M. KANADE J.)
