P. C. :
1.
The Petitioner who is a Kenyan national has filed this writ petition seeking direction to Respondent No.1 to withdraw the look out notice dated 24th May 2015 bearing Outward No. 1679/D/BOI/2015. Mrs. Kantharia, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2, on instructions, states that no look out notice is issued against the Petitioner. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner invited our attention to the notice at Exhibit-B of which reference is made in the prayer clause. Having perused the said notice, we find that the said notice is not a look out notice and same is patilsr 1 / 2
requisition issued under Para 6(I) of the Foreigners Order 1948 whereunder the Petitioner's entry is banned in India without permission of the civil authority. Petition is misconceived and therefore the same is dismissed.
