This is an application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying for expeditious disposal of the application dated 7.9.2013 filed by the applicant under Section 173(8), pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court, Borivali, Mumbai in C.C. NO.314/PW/2013. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the said application is filed on 7.9.2013 and till date the same is not disposed off by the concerned Trial Court. In view of the above, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court, Borivali, Mumbai is hereby directed to decide the application dated 7.9.2013 Exh. "C" to the present application as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the present order.

Application is disposed off accordingly.
