The present application has been filed for grant of temporary bail to the applicant for three days i.e. 10/05/2019, 11/05/2019 & 12/05/2019 so as to enable him to attend marriage of his niece Shraddha Padval. On last occasion, Shri Shinde learned APP had sought time to take instructions. He states that the officer instructing him has verified the factum of the marriage of niece of the applicant. 901. APPA. 773.19.doc applicant further states that on previous occasion, the applicant was released on parole. This is not objected by the officer instructing learned APP. In this view of the matter, for the reasons stated in the application, we are inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant by passing following order.

O R D E R

(i) The applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount for a period of three days i.e. 10/05/2019, 11/05/2019 & 12/05/2019 in respect of the present Appeal No. 879 of 2013.

(ii) The applicant to report to the Paud police station on every day between 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

(iii) The applicant shall report back to the Yerwada Central Prison, Pune on 13/05/2019 by 11. 00 a.m.
