This is an application for modification of order dated 27.11.2015 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2197 of 2015 for handing over the passport of the Applicant deposited with the Respondent. The condition No.(iv) of the said order reads as under:

"(iv) The Applicant to deposit his passport, if he so possesses, with the D.B. Marg Police Station within one week from his release." The record indicates that the Applicant is complying with the conditions of attendance.

In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application, the condition No.(iv) imposed upon the Applicant is hereby modified. Sneha Chavan 1/2

22 appp 427-16=.doc The Respondent is directed to return the passport of the Applicant within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the present Order. Before accepting the passport, the Applicant is directed to give a photocopy of the passport to the concerned police station. The Applicant is further directed to submit the photocopy of the renewed passport with concerned Police Station within a period of two weeks from the date of its renewal.
