After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.

Permission granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 3.

Interim order operated in favour of Applicant stands vacated. If the Applicant surrenders before the police or if she is arrested and makes an application for bail, that application shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law, without being influenced by this order.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, Interim Applicant is also disposed of.
