The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 106 days in filing the First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 1 of the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Mr. G. R. Khan opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 106 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant to pay costs of Rs.3000/- to the Respondent within two weeks from date. List the First Appeal for admission on 20.07.2016.
