Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2) By an order dated 3.5.2016 the applicants were directed to be released on bail. By the said order the applicants were directed to furnish bail bonds within four weeks from the date of passing of the said order in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. It is also directed that the applicants shall furnish bail bonds within four weeks from the date of the order and on failure to furnish the bail bonds the learned Special Judge shall issue non bailable warrant against the applicants for serving rest of the sentence. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants have already furnished the bail bonds within the stipulated period, however, they could not submit the solvent surety as the solvency certificate was not available with the concerned sureties.

He, however, submitted that as of today the sureties have received the solvency certificates and the same will be furnished before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from today. 3) In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
