Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondent no.37 tenders original power of attorney and states that the said minutes of order is signed by the constituted attorney on behalf of the respondent no.37, who is present in Court. He also tenders a letter dated 5th March
ppn 2 912.wp-5754.14.doc 2018 on which a thumb impression of the respondent no.37 and signature of the constituted attorney instructing the learned counsel for the respondent no.37 to file minutes of order in this Court appear. The letter dated 5th March 2018 is also taken on record. Presence of constituted attorney is also noted.

Writ petition is disposed of in terms of minutes of order. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, civil application does not survive and is disposed of. No order as to costs.
