Today, Interim Application is placed on board for quashing and setting aside the order dated 6th April, 2021 passed by the Education Offcer. The reliefs as sought by the management cannot be considered in the Interim Application 1/2

In view of the above, the Interim Application is disposed of with liberty to challenge the said order dated 6th April, 2021by fling appropriate proceedings. If any such appropriate proceeding is fled, the same shall be heard along with Writ Petition No.3252 of 2021. The copy of such proceedings shall be served upon the original Petitioner in advance. After fling of such proceedings by the Applicants, the Applicants can apply for circulation of both the Writ Petitions. 3.

It is made clear that if the Applicants do not fle such proceedings within two weeks from today, the Writ Petition fled by the Petitioner would be heard on its own merits.
