None appears for the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced on record a copy of roznama of the case which shows that on 18th April, 2016 an application for discharge has been filed by the accused. A copy of roznama is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. In view of filing of the application for discharge by the applicant, we decline to entertain this application for quashing. Accordingly, the same is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
