The present Civil Application being Civil Application No.385 of 2020 is taken out seeking restoration of the Civil Application (Stamp) No.24994 of 2018.

Since the Second Appeal is already admitted, it is always open to the parties to prefer an Application for expeditious hearing of the Appeal, at any point of time. Rejection of the Civil Application (Stamp) No.24994 of 2018 do not warrant any restoration. Hence, the present Civil Application for restoration is rejected.
